How to Apply

  1. Go to the UK Graduate School Application

    In order to complete the University of Kentucky graduate school admissions application, go to the online portal.

  2. Create Your Account

    Next, create your UK Graduate School account which establishes your user name and password.

  3. Apply

    As you complete your application, find the online program you are interested in pursuing.

  4. Pay the Fee

    $65 | domestic applicants

    $75 | international applicants

  5. Submit Materials

    Students seeking admission to UK’s Graduate School must have obtained a baccalaureate degree. You will be required to submit a an official transcript once admitted. If required by the program, you will also be asked to submit official test scores (either GRE or GMAT), personal statement, writing sample, letters of recommendation, etc. None of our online graduate certificates require the GRE. The online Master of Science program for Digital Mapping and the online Master of Arts in Applied Environmental and Sustainability Studies also do not require the GRE.

  6. Check Your Status

    After completing your application online, you may check the status of your application by logging in to ApplyYourself.
